Pour notre troisième anniversaire en juin 2024, nous avons proposé une visite guidée des coulisses et la possibilité de créer le premier de nos mélanges annuels « Birthday Blends ». Nous avons été rejoints par un groupe de personnes formidables pour cette journée et nous avons parcouru les fûts, les houblons et le processus d'assemblage pour créer cette bière. Houblonnée à cru avec des feuilles de Bramling Cross ainsi que des granulés de Bramling Cross et d'Admiral, vous découvrirez une carbonatation douce avec des arômes et des saveurs de pain grillé et de marmelade, avec des notes subtiles de sirop doré malté, de paille séchée et d'écorce d'orange. La finale est sèche, avec des notes de cassis et une richesse résineuse.

For our third birthday in June 2024, we offered a peek behind the curtain and a chance to blend the first of our annual Birthday Blends. We were joined by a wonderful group of folk for the day and we journeyed through barrels, hops and the blending process to come up with this beer.Dry hopped with Bramling Cross Leaf as well as Bramling Cross and Admiral pellets, you'll find a soft carbonation with aromas and flavours of toast and marmalade with subtle, malty golden syrup, dried straw and orange peel. The finish is dry with blackcurrant and resinous fullness.
