Houblons: Citra et Riwaka

Tout tourne autour du houblon, avec Riwaka comme vedette et Citra en soutien. Des arômes intenses d'agrumes viennent compléter une subtile note herbacée, avec une texture en bouche douce et moelleuse et une touche de bonbons gélifiés sucrés. Des granulés T90 ont été utilisés cette année pour apporter une note florale supplémentaire, ainsi que Cryo & Dynaboost Citra pour apporter un fruité tropical et une touche d'écorce d'orange.

All about the hops, Riwaka as the shining star with Citra in support. Intense citrussy flavours compliment a subtle grassiness, with a smooth, pillowy mouthfeel and a hint of sweet gummy worms. T90 pellets were used this year for an extra floral note, along with Cryo & Dynaboost Citra to provide a tropical fruitiness and punch of orange zest.
