Houblons: Citra, Idaho 7 & Krush

Brassée en l'honneur du Damnation Festival, le plus grand festival de metal extrême du Royaume-Uni. Nous avons fortement houblonné cette IPA avec du Citra, de l'Idaho 7 et du Krush. La cinquième version de cette IPA utilise une levure norvégienne kveik très mangue, avec une dose de houblon sec répartie entre du T90, du cryo et du liquide de houblon Hyperboost, avec un taux de houblon sec équivalent à 12 g/l.

Brewed in honour of Damnation festival, the UK’s premier extreme metal festival. We heavily hopped this IPA with Citra, Idaho 7 and Krush. The fifth iteration of this IPA utilises a super mango forward Norwegian kveik/yeast with the dry-hop dose split between T90, cryo and Hyperboost hop liquid with an equivalent dry hop of rate of 12g/l.
