Notre « House IPA » adorée ; une valeur sûre, onctueuse et onirique, tout en étant — bien entendu — sans gluten.

L'utilisation généreuse de flocons d'avoine « jumbo » et de blé apporte une texture pleine et soyeuse. Le houblonnage à cru (dry-hop) met en avant les notes de fruit de la passion du Citra, du Vic Secret et du Galaxy, complétées par des touches de mandarine et de myrtille issues du Mosaic.

Generous amounts of jumbo oats and flaked wheat make for a full texture. The dry-hop focuses on the passion-fruit from Citra, Vic Secret and Galaxy with hits of tangerine and blueberry from Mosaic.
