Chez Cacaophony, nous avons décidé de brasser un pudding. Un pudding au chocolat puissant et pur. Nous avons misé sur l'avoine pour créer une texture épaisse et décadente en bouche. Le nez est purement Bruge, avec toute la chaleur du chocolat torréfié. Le corps suit avec un bouillon épais de chocolat au lait et des malts légèrement torréfiés qui accentuent cette bière opulente.

In Cacaophony, we set out to brew pudding. Potent, unadulterated chocolate pudding. We went mad on the oats to create a thick, decadent mouthfeel. The nose is pure Bruge, all roasty chocolate warmth. The body follows suit with a thick broth of milk chocolate and softly roasted malts accentuate this opulent brew.
