This beer is a blend of port barrel-aged barley wine and spontaneously fermented Old Tongham Tasty by Hogsback Brewery.The rich malt characteristics and layers of dark fruit remain close to the original whilst everything else is reimagined transforming this beer into an English interpretation of a traditional Flanders Red/Oud Bruin, alongside being an homage to the early days of the sour ale boom in California, Oregon and Michigan. Fruity, tart, sour and balsamic.

Cette bière est un mélange de vin d'orge vieilli en fût de porto et d'Old Tongham Tasty fermentée spontanément par la brasserie Hogsback. Les riches caractéristiques du malt et les notes de fruits noirs restent proches de l'original, tandis que tout le reste a été repensé pour transformer cette bière en une interprétation anglaise d'une Flanders Red/Oud Bruin traditionnelle, tout en rendant hommage aux débuts du boom des bières acidulées en Californie, dans l'Oregon et dans le Michigan. Fruité, acidulé, aigre et balsamique.
